1966 Fender Stratocaster Candy Apple Red Custom Color

This 1966 Fender Stratocaster has seen some serious r'n'r action. The original Candy Apple Red finish over a gold undercoat has faded to a distinctive orange-metallic shade, with extensive playwear particularly visible on the back. The guitar remains largely original, with an added five-way switch, replacement frets and nut, some solder work and light sanding in the neck pocket. A great-sounding custom-colour Strat with the feel and character of a genuinely well-used instrument. Comes with a vintage non-original case.
